I can honestly say that I do not know why the mafia hit did not take.
I can secondarily say that Silver Lantern appears to have taken a shot on someone and that person survived.

Also, I will say that I would not approve of a plan that would limit kills unless the kill was heading our way. Furthermore, rorsch was pretty well confirmed town.

For the record, that's a sincere remark about Quebbs and not gamesmanship. (I think my stance on "People before Wins" is known; heck, I still catch flak for refusing to have St Dumas lynched as I knew he was dealing with a death in the immediate family...and he was the Town Doctor and I was Mafia).
Just want to make it clear I'm not using Quebbs' situation as a way to deflect or that my concern is feigned.
